Brew: Stash IPA
Brewery: Independence Brewing Company (Austin, TX)
When Tasted: February 10, 2013
How: Draft
ABV: 7% IBUs: 100
Appearance: A nice clear bright amber brew. A medium head
Smell: fruity and clean
Taste: With a century of IBUs you expect a big bitter punch and stash doesn't disappoint. The fruit taste is surprising not citrus but apricot. A clean bitter finish.
